William Utay is an American actor best known for his television roles as stockbroker turned bum Phil Sanders, and Phil's evil twin Will, on Night Court (1984-1989) and as Dr. Wilhelm Rolf, an associate of the DiMera crime family, on Days of our Lives, from 1985-2008.
