Brian Bloom is an American actor, voice actor and screenwriter best known for his role as Dusty Donovan in the television soap opera As the World Turns (1983-1987), for which he became the youngest winner of a Daytime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Young Leading Man during the 12th Daytime Emmy Awards.
