Jordan Peele is an American actor and comedian best known as a cast member on the sketch comedy television series MADtv (2003–2008) and for his recurring role as Dr. Brian on the Adult Swim series Childrens Hospital.

He currently stars with his comedy partner Keegan-Michael Key in the Comedy Central sketch show Key & Peele, since 2012.

A New York City native, Peele started doing comedy while attending Sarah Lawrence College in Yonkers, NY. Peele then moved to Chicago where he performed at Second City and ImprovOlympic and created the award-winning show Two White Guys with his comedy partner Rebecca Drysdale.

He then went to Amsterdam where he was a company member of the Boom Chicago Theater.

It was Peele's work in Amsterdam that garnered the attention of Fox's MADtv, where he was a series regular for five seasons. There, he impressed the audience with original characters including Dontel LaMontrose, Noodles the Krumper and Melvin Dufrane, and celebrity impressions including Montel Williams, Forest Whittaker and Morgan Freeman.

In 2008, Peele received an Emmy nomination for his music video Sad Fitty Cent. He recurs as Dr. Brian on Adult Swim's Children's Hospital and has appeared on Reno 911!, Chocolate News and Love Bites.

He has done impressions of numerous celebrities across a variety of platforms, including 50 Cent, Barack Obama, Forest Whitaker, James Brown, Jamie Foxx, Kanye West, Lenny Kravitz, Martin Lawrence, Michael Jackson, OJ Simpson, Seal, Tiger Woods, Tupac Shakur, Whoopi Goldberg and Xzibit.

Peele's feature film credits include Universal's Little Fockers and Wanderlust opposite Jennifer Aniston, Paul Rudd and Justin Theroux.

Peele lives in Hollywood, California where he enjoys playing video games, making puppets and coming up with ideas in his spare time.
