Jeff Sutphen (born 1977) is an American actor, producer and game show host best known for hosting the shows BrainSurge and 101 Ways to Leave a Game Show.

Sutphen has been seen on MTV, E!, VH1, CBS and other channels as well as Nickelodeon's flagship event The Kids' Choice Awards where he has hosted the LIVE Pre-Show for years, interviewing the hottest A-list celebrities.

Sutphen's comedic timing and energetic hosting has help make BrainSurge a ratings juggernaut. It ranks as the most-watched kids program on all TV in its time period, delivering an average of 2-million total viewers per episode.

Sutphen has also created other characters for the network like, Cinema Spy, "the under cover movie guy" who has interviewed the likes of Ben Stiller, Tobey Maguire and Jerry Seinfeld to name a few.

Donning tights, cape and a mask Jeff also plays Pick Boy, another character that he helped develop. Throughout all 401 episodes of U-Pick Live, Pick Boy proved his popularity time and time again.
