Austin Butler is an American actor, singer and model best known for his feature films roles as Jake Pearson in Aliens in the Attic and as Peyton Leverette in Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, as well as for his television roles as James on Zoey 101, Jordan on Ruby & The Rockits and Jones on Life Unexpected.
He is also known for his starring role as Sebastian Kydd, the handsome new rich kid with a secret past who catches the eye of Carrie Bradshaw (AnnaSophia Robb), in the teen drama television series The Carrie Diaries.
Butler boasts a long list of television credits which include Switched at Birth, Life Unexpected, Bling Ring, Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, Ruby and the Rockits, Zoey 101, Ned's Declassified School and Survival Guide. He was also in the feature film Aliens in the Attic.
In his spare time, Butler enjoys creating and recording music, and plays the guitar and piano. He resides in New York City, New York.
