Matt Bushell is an American actor best known for his role as Curly in the 2008 feature film Leatherheads, directed by George Clooney.

He also played Detective Pete Vacarella, Anna Diaz's partner in the NYPD, in Gemini Division, a web series about Anna Diaz, an undercover vice cop from the NYPD who is thrust into a secret struggle between a classified government agency called Gemini Division and a group of suspected terrorists known as Sims.

In September of 2000, Matt put down the suit and tie, left a career in finance and accounting, and moved from the west side of Boston to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting.

After starring in a number of short films and student projects, Matt's professional career began to thrive with television appearances on Angel, The Jamie Kennedy Experiment, Cold Case, NYPD Blue, CSI: New York, several episodes of 24, The Unit and Heroes.

Other television series he has acted in include Criminal Minds, CSI: Miami, Raising the Bar, Lie to Me, Bones, Dark Blue and Mad Men.

His film debut came in Behind Enemy Lines 2, followed by two independent films for the Festivals called Shelter and Dark Reel.

Then he played Curly in the film Leatherheads for George Clooney and Phil in Twilight, both in 2008.

He lives in Los Angeles.
