Jaime Edmondson is an American former police officer from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida who was a contestant on the reality television competition The Amazing Race 14, in 2009.
Her team partner was her friend and fellow former NFL cheerleader Cara Rosenthal. They finished second in Season 14.
In 2010 Jaime became the Playboy Playmate of the Month for January.
Jaime and Cara returned to the show for its 18th season - entitled "Unfinished Business" - in 2011.
