Nqubeko is reeling from the aftermath of recent events and fails to notice something shifting in both his marriages. Donga’s world tilts on its axis when he gets a dose of what his father is truly capable of. Ndumiso is forced into a web of deceit and danger as a way to pay for his recent sins.

Battle lines are drawn
Shaba Snacks and Majola Munchies battle it out for clients. Ndumiso is strong armed into transporting dangerous goods for Government. Sibusiso starts questioning the state of their relationship with Koketso now that Kgoshi is back.

The kamikaze operation
Nqubeko and Fakazile continue with their kamikaze operation, stealing Mshengu’s clients under his nose. Sbu’s heart grows tender when the arrival of Koketso's baby daddy emasculates him. Ndumiso’s illegal activities at Shaba Snacks sees him coasting close to the sun as the truck with his merch goes missing.

No honour among thieves
Ndumiso discovers he made a deal with the devil in Hulumeni. Bra Mesh kicks out the Mphahleles and Koketso sets Kgoshi straight. Donga is convinced that Nqubeko is under Fakazile’s love potion spell.

Lies, deceit and idliso
Donga lies to Nqubeko about a cleansing ceremony to deal with idliso. A Shaba Snacks truck is found with illicit rhino horns. Bra Mesh finally forgives the Mphahleles.

Off cuffs and betrayal
Mshengu blames Nqubeko for the rhino horn smuggling. Ndumiso reveals to Thoba he’s the culprit. Koketso and Kgoshi still have a long way to go before they settle into a good place again.

Sowing divisions
Mshengu gets released from jail and goes on the attack against Nqubeko. Nomusa tries to sow division between Nqubeko and Fakazile, but Nqubeko won’t bite. Mshengu tells Ndumiso that he knows the gold bars were his, but Thoba confesses that they are actually his.

Nqubeko’s lines against the family are all drawn in the sand. Thoba gets the shock of his life. Kgoshi makes all his intentions clear.

Ndumiso’s apology
Ndumiso’s well-meaning intention to redeem Puseletso in Mshengu’s eyes blows up in his face. Koketso finds herself in an untenable position with Sibusiso when their weekend plans are scuppered. Thoba’s careless remarks earn him a strong tongue-lashing from Donga.

Russian roulette
In the aftermath of the rhino horn saga, Ndumiso ducks and dives. Even though MaMChunu believes his lie, Puseletso sees right through it, creating a strain on their marriage.
Koketso’s trip to her baby daddy’s home threatens her relationship with Sibusiso. It does not help matters that Koketso’s mother starts building castles in the air.
Thoba is desperate to leave his uncle’s pigsty. He plays his cards and begs to be let back into ekushumayeleni.

Ndumiso’s marital woes send him packing to eKuthuleni in Bergville. Koketso finds herself caught between an old flame, and a new one. Thoba celebrates being out of exile from Ekushumayeleni.

Mshengu is on a mission to save one of his children from themselves. Koketso is at a crossroads - as two enticing paths appear before her. Ndumiso is forced to face some harsh truths about himself and his life.

Ndumiso plans a lavish proposal for Puseletso, but she rejects him in front of everyone. Sibusiso takes Lerumo and Koketso out on a fun date, much to Kgoshi’s annoyance. Mshengu surprises Puseletso and praises her as CEO.

Walala wasala
Puseletso decides against leaving Ndumiso. She conquers Mshengu's heart with a business quest. Meanwhile Ndumiso marries himself to the idea of doing good by Puseletso.
Koketso’s poor choices lead to a brawl between Sibusiso and Kgoshi. However, Koketso starts to skirt on thin ice when she does not reveal the full truth.
The new kid on the block comes bearing gifts to Shaba Snacks. But what does he want in return?
