Sounds interesting but im lost bcz of new names. I miss luyolo's parents they fitted so well. Im confused about the masina investigation although but interesting only bcz its performed very well. Yhoo the diale family storylines are the worst I've seen to be honest, just waste of time I think they just on the show since manaka ranaka is a power house

I see a lot of people complaining about Generations on Social Media but I personally enjoy it, maybe it's because I'm a new viewer. Anyway, these teasers look good. But like Qavile above, the Diale storyline is just bad! I love the hospital scenes, the Investigative Journalism, and the relationship dynamics. They need to tone down on the bed hopping though, just let relationships be and flourish. I've noticed that writers (in general, not just this show) have a hard time writing healthy, non dramatic couple storylines. They could learn a thing or two from This is Us.

@Astepfoward the show is really good the only letdown is dale family. The writer is failing them

I think a new family with a new dynamic should be introduced to do away with the Diales because even for me I don't see them suitable to have a story on the show anymore. The writers have been clueless on what to write for them for a very long time now. Maybe bring the old Moroka characters back such as Khensani, Terence, Noah, hell even Karabo, even if she's played by some else.

21 Feb 2023 18:49

For once I just wish Ayanda would lose in something. She always gets away with everything, generations is now starting to feel like Ayandanation. It's not interesting anymore

21 Feb 2023 22:40

I agree on the whole Diale family thing with the writers losing the direction with them. But I'm enjoying the current storyline of Lucy and Cosmo going back to finish their matric and Cosmo having dyslexia. Great awareness from the whole crew. I was also enjoying the Cele's storyline, very interesting. Enjoyed MaKhumalo putting pressure on Nkosiyabo and Ayanda. Feel like they cut it abruptly, hope they pick it up again. They said Nicholas Nkuna (Fikani on 7 de Laan) was joining the show, thought maybe he'd be Nkosiyabo's younger brother that they want Khanyisile to marry. Looking forward to his arrival since he's already left the Laan
