Nacho confronts his uncle Ernesto, and when they start fighting, a weapon is fired. Nacho flees and travels to Medellín, where Escobar waits for him.

Nacho and his men flee through the woods, helped by Father Miguel. Isabel is in poor condition, and a doctor tells her that she’s lost a lot of blood.

Nacho suggests leaving Colombia to hide out in Panama, but says that someone will have to take over the business. Joe gets Isabel out of the hospital.
