Eventually. For the first time in the history of the BETs, international artists are being recognised in one international category.

The winner will be announced during the main ceremony that gets broadcast on TV (in America and here) instead of being side-lined as they always are.

In previous years, the International Act category was divided into Best International Act: Africa, Best International Act: Europe and the awards were never presented during the main show.

The ceremony takes place at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, 24 June and will air on BET on DStv on Tuesday, 26 June at 20h00 (CAT).
