SABC1 wants voices and your pipes might be exactly what they're looking for.
The channel's on a search for voiceover artists to voice their on-air promos and inserts.
The search is part of SABC1's mission to prove that the channel supports the concept of opening up the industry and the auditions are happening via technology so that they aren't location-specific.
The auditions are open to anyone between the ages of 18 and 40. You need to be professional. You need to be well-voiced.
If this describes you, you can audition by submitting three recorded demos of your voice.

Choose three of them, record them and submit them by e-mailing them to
vos@sabc1.co.za
Please note: Each demo shouldn't be longer than 30 seconds and the files must be no bigger than 5MB each.
