Mondli decides to take matters into his own hands, even if it is illegal. Mxolisi is struggling to be the son Mdletshe wants him to be. Pastor Mdletshe decides that the Board should vote. Fikile is living her best life and she isn’t afraid to show it.

With Sbu and Mondli missing, questions are raised by the women most affected. Pastor Mdletshe forces Mxolisi to take responsibility for his own actions. Paradise turns into hell as a damsel in distress reaches her all-time low.

Mondli is on the verge of finding out the truth about the church conference heist. Pastor Mdletshe is distraught but the support around keeps him going. Mastermind begins a new life which comes to an abrupt stop when he is kidnapped!

Mastermind’s kidnapper reveals himself and his intentions. Pastor Mdletshe orders Mxolisi to take care of the Lilly situation once and for all. Nkunzi stops Sbu just as he is about to get his revenge.

Nkunzi is determined to get Mastermind in on a heist, Pastor Mdletshe suffers a blow from the church board, and Fikile and Sbu take a hit financially.

When you try to please everyone, you end up displeasing everyone. Mastermind realises his new life is not as glamorous. Fikile has to maintain her new habits, even if it means risking it all.

Pastor Mdletshe struggles to keep finances afloat both at home and at the church. The board pressures Thobile into being the perfect youth leader, one with no scandals. Fikile spends the wrong money while Sbu avoids Fikile.

As help comes from the most unlikely person, Pastor Mdletshe is tempted to accept dirty money and help. There is trouble in paradise for Fikile and Sbu as their joy ride comes to an abrupt end.

The devil’s dance of temptation seems quite strong, will Pastor Mdletshe give in? Poor Fikile is shocked when Sbu reveals his true colours under the pressure of the police. Mastermind’s funeral parlour job threatens his street credibility which now hangs loosely on a very thin thread.

Pastor Mdletshe enjoys the financial support from Qhabanga but resort to prayer to ease his conscience in the eyes of Mxolisi, desperate to get closure from Lilly by giving her family a cow.
Mastermind helps him while battling with Thobile who prefers him as a criminal to the boring driver for the funeral parlour. Mastermind gives in to Thobile's wish and buys a brand-new convertible car.
Fikile, who just got locked up for her flashy life, is about to turn the tables on Sbu who is sidelined by Nkunzi planning the next big hit without him.

There is a lot of change in KwaMashu and some residents are struggling to accept it. Too much change can see you go back to your old ways and for others old habits (and careers) die hard.
Others yearn for change, they just don’t know what it is yet and one resident might ruin his chances at love because he refuses to accept his lifestyle changing.

KwaMashu Kingdom Church is back to a sane financial state. MaMlambo is suspicious of Qhabanga and so are other members of the board.
MaNgcobo is up to something big and her plans are sailing smooth under Nkunzi's nose. Thobile and Mastermind find themselves in a precarious situation and he is later hijacked. GC is finally hopeful as his mother stands with him.

When Mastermind is rescued, he makes a decision that will change his life for good. GC makes inroads towards finding his feet in the bundus, but his father thwarts his plans. MaMlambo decides to change the play, angering the cast.
