Armando asks Julia to return to Miami. Ana organises a costume party at the academy. Gilberto tries to stop Ana from going to the party.

Mauricio decides to take the risk and goes to the academy’s Halloween party. Gilberto goes to the party looking for Ana, and finds her with Santiago.

Yesenia helps Mauricio escape the party, and he asks her to keep quiet about what she saw. Ana inspects the academy’s surveillance cameras.

Officer Olivia tries to break into Miranda’s room, but Orlando arrives and confronts her. Mauricio has an accident and is taken to hospital.

Officer Olivia blames Miranda for Mauricio’s accident, and threatens to open a case against her. Orlando intervenes and warns Olivia to back off.

Ana realises that the surveillance videos from the academy have been erased. Lupe informs Nora that Pedro was taken away by immigration officers.

Mauricio has woken from his coma, but is unresponsive. Cortes calls Miranda and offers her his services as her defence lawyer.

Juan Pablo tells Miranda that Olivia ordered that police to follow him. The two of them leave the house together to throw the police off their tracks.

Mauricio wakes up and asks Sofia if he can use her phone to call Miranda. Patty helps Joaquin destroy the gun that was planted in his trailer.

Santiago and Julia talk to Dr Varon about their daughter’s illness. Miranda tells Juan Pablo that Mauricio is the father of the child she is carrying.
