Ngangezwe wants Smangele’s help in convincing Buhle to get his child back. Buhle tells Ngangezwe she doesn’t want to be a mother. Nosipho agrees to go on a date with Amos’s friend. Zekhethelo tells MaNgcobo she knows Mxolisi killed Nkosinathi.

Trouble looms for Smangele when the truth about Buhle’s baby is revealed to the wrong person. Mxolisi finds a way to get back with Zekhethelo. Nosipho is shocked to discover Amos’ true colours.

Smangele thinks she’s home free when she learns that the nurse has resigned and disappeared, only for Ngangezwe to arrive with the cops and demand a blood test.
Nosipho manages to get out of the flat, but just as she is about to board a taxi, Amos catches her. After a heart-felt chat with MaNgcobo, Zekhethelo decides to give Mxolisi a chance.

Smangele is upset that she was forced to give Nkosinathi a paternity test. Amos makes it clear to Nosipho that she’s not going anywhere. Mastermind tells Ngangezwe that he wants nothing to do with him after the test results.

Ngangezwe points a gun at Mastermind, convinced he is working with Smangele. Smangele disguises herself while on the run. MaMlambo warns MaNgcobo not to trust Innocentia.

The search for Smangele and the stolen baby intensifies from all sides. MaNgcobo receives the address of where Nosipho is staying and she pays her daughter a visit. Magwaza’s muti gets to work and a disturbing nightmare commences.

Mastermind is desperate to find his sister, he enlists Mxolisi’s help. Smangele calls Thobile to borrow some cash, a sting is set up to arrest her. Mondli is ready to arrest Smangele. Innocentia is angry with Magwaza, she doesn’t want the ‘muti’ to work on MaMlambo.

Innocentia tries to organize a special trip with her and MaNgcobo. A trip that could be MaNgcobo’s last. Mondli and Captain Mthimkhulu get closer to finding Smangele. MaNgcobo finds Nosipho and tries to persuade her to come back home.

The nets close in on three different women who are all walking their separate journeys, in events that will leave many loved ones devastated. The search for Smangele intensifies and reaches an abrupt end. MaNgcobo finally finds Nosipho in a very compromising position.

Buhle and Ngangezwe rush to the hospital to see Nkosinathi. MaNgcobo shrugs off MaMlambo’s dark visions about her. Mastermind saves Smangele from drowning only for Mondli to arrest her. MaNgcobo pretends she has not murdered Innocentia to Zekhethelo.

Mondli brings some troubling news involving Innocentia to Nkunzi. Zekhethelo blames Mangcobo for making Innocentia go away, infuriating her father and awakening Mangcobo’s guilt. Mastermind is tempted to tell Mxolisi that they are planning to get him involved in ATM Bombings.

Mastermind’s attempt to bribe Ngangezwe into dropping charges backfires. Mondli rattles Smangele, she is a criminal that will rot in jail. Mastermind is not convinced Shaun can get Smangele out of jail. Mangcobo is spooked when she learns Innocentia is missing and not dead. Mamlambo warns Mangcobo to come clean.

Mxolisi learns the truth about Nkunzi and is forced to face his criminal past, and let go of someone he holds dear. MaNgcobo finds out that Nosipho is in critical condition in hospital. Mastermind fights with Smangele who refuses to go on trial as a relationship addict.

After trying to do things by the book, Mxolisi takes extreme measures to prevent his past from creeping back in. MaNgcobo is very worried about Nosipho who is fighting for her life. Nkunzi proves to Mxolisi that he is not a pushover.
