Fan favourite to return to Scandal!

Some juicy news for all you Scandalites out there... we've heard that there's a big comeback on the horizon.

According to Scandal!'s show runner Ilse van Hemert, the soapie's going to be bringing back a popular character.

The show's been very tight lipped about who it is but word from Ilse is that, "There's an existing family where there's going to be a surprise reappearance of an old character."

She went on to describe the character as extremely popular.

Who do you think it is based on these clues? Who would you like it be?

It has to be Shakira, nothing and no one else makes sense. I've been asking for this since last year and I had the feeling that Thembeka's exit might call for her return. Hoping its her, wow Scandal is about to soar to crazy heights!

EtvScandal will be restructuring the Thebe family with Yvonne's arrival and later the Thebe patriarch "Kotu Thebe" (they didn't reveal who will play the character its top secret) will also join the show as Yvonne's rival they will be fighting for Hector's assets. So I think the old character will be part of the Thebe family, Kotu's wife maybe. Probably Donna, Morongwe, Shakira or Thato (Mangi's mom). What I know is the great uncle Kotu Thebe is going to be Lucas Nyathi's enemy.

I haven't watched Muvhango in a year because of its crap storylines. Kgomotso's return is my cue to start watching again. They better do justice to her character.
