Brenda commits Survivor suicide with fatal mistake

Poor, sweet, tooth-saving Brenda.

I've been so convinced that Dawn and Cochran would stick with her until the end that I should be shocked at her cruel blindsiding but I'm not. The truth of the matter is that she was doomed the moment she gave away the family vacay. It always happens to Survivors who do such things because it buys them too much goodwill from the majority which makes them too much of a threat.

Brenda should have taken the reward and used it to power-up with an injection of food, family and a grateful Dawn who would never have turned on her if she'd gone on the reward. Dawn would definitely have talked Cochran out of voting for her if she'd been in a more positive state of mind.

Everyone else would have been cool with it too - no-one would have resented her. What's so crazy is that she put herself through so much emotional trauma when she didn't need to.

It highlighted how freakily quickly relationships can change. You can be 100% convinced that a person's a certain way and suddenly they're different. I've been so convinced that Dawn would never turn on Brenda and yet she has, which makes me see her in a different light.

And not in a good light. I know it's a game blah blah blah but it's made me iffy about her because she claims she wants to play her own game but she isn't - she's playing Cochran's game. He suggested voting Brenda out and she agreed because she lost the reward.

Which has ultimately decided my fave for the win. I really want Cochran to win. I'm too annoyed at Dawn to wish her such goodwill. Yes, Cochran also turned on Brenda but she turned on him too so that's all good.

Obviously there's NO way that Eddie can be allowed to win - I'd die!!! Erik's such a loser that it would be sacrilegious if he won and... this is very difficult for me to say but sadly... Sherri hasn't done enough for the title of Soul Survivor. I'm still mad about her but I've been forced to accept that she hasn't made the moves that deserve a win.

But Cochran definitely has. Also, he's a major Survivor fan so a win by him would be a win by us. Bring it on next week!

I really felt sorry for Brenda but she was a big threat to Cochran so she had to go. I've been saying for weeks now that Cochran should win and every week he proves he deserves to win because he is really playing a good game. Sherri is Dawn and Cochran's puppet and puppets never win. Erik just exists and Eddie is lucky and I hope his luck runs out soon.
