Ceremony host Seth Meyers with Bryan Cranston representing for

The 66th annual Emmy Awards ceremony razzed-up Hollywood in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday, 26 August) and aired live on M-Net Movies Premiere. If you weren't able to catch it then, you can see it on M-Net this evening at 18h00 (see Today's Premieres).

The good news for Breaking Bad lovers is that the series scored loads of wins with nods for Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul and Anna Gunn.

So happy Breaking Bad cleaned up!! I don't usually like it when a show dominated with wins once it's ended ... I always feel it's more about the ending of the show than the quality of the show - but I don't feel that in this case. Not at all!

Their win also means that Mad Men has officially been plunged into obscurity. It's taken long enough.

Most disappointing category: Outstanding Lead Actress - enough of the Good Wife! I really wanted Lizzie Caplan to win for Masters of Sex.

Ooops .. "dominates with wins" I meant to say. I wasn't so sure how to describe that - hope it makes sense!

I've been thinking ... very pleased Julia Louis Dreyfus won Best Actress for Veep - there are lots of good comedy actresses but she really is the best by far.
