Every morning’s a wake-up call with The Gareth Cliff Show Live On Comedy Central as it imports the unpredictability, excitement and insanity of live radio onto TV, with viewers never knowing what’s going to happen next…

Entertaining, edgy, innovative and original, “The Gareth Cliff Show Live on Comedy Central” is packed with stuff that's in the news and on people's minds - either lampooned as bits on the show, or brought into our world by the show’s community of callers. Live interviews with a wide range of personalities and public figures keep the show topical, as Gareth and the crew quiz guests such as TV personality JenSu, outspoken EFF Commander-in-Chief, Julius Malema, Chairman of the BCCSA Professor Kobus van Rooyen, radio legends John Berks and Stan Katz, and ex-con Shani Krebbs, amongst many others.
.
Every episode of “The Gareth Cliff Show Live on Comedy Central” includes powerful commentary, hysterical analysis of the day's events, witty interaction between members of the dysfunctional team and Cliff’s own funny, intelligent and sometimes insightful take on his world and yours. No music you didn't choose; no boring news bulletins, and no obvious, dumb stuff you can already get just about anywhere.

Said Gareth Cliff, “We’re thrilled that the partnership with Comedy Central is taking radio to whole new level by making it visual.  With the earlier time slot, the audience can now join us right from the start of the show when they are getting ready for work.”

Commented Evert van der Veer, Head of Comedy Central, Africa, “We are very excited about how the show has been performing on the channel and we are confident that it will do even better in the new earlier timeslot, allowing viewers to watch it at leisure as they get ready for work in the mornings.”
