Muvhango's new title sequence: rate it!

On Monday (10 March) Muvhango introduced a new title sequence in the build-up to the show's Friday debut this Friday (14 March).

The new sequence and extended Friday episodes put an exclamation mark on the soapie's 17-years on air. Muvhango debuted as a weekly 13-episode series in 1997 and the SABC kept ordering increased numbers of episodes, season after season.

In 2007 episodes were extended to four days a week to mark the show's 10th birthday and now the soapie will officially reach it's maximum output at the end of this week.

So? What are your thoughts on the sequence? Rate it! ... out of 10 ... 10 = hott, 1 = not.

2/10 Music is depressing, dresses are ugly and pictures are a little vivid, forgive me if its my TV that's not crystal clear. I struggle to the faces of Khomotjo, Thuli, etc

I just love it and I wish we could have a roll over for seven days a week. The most interesting scenes are for me always in Thathe. What a joyfull and presentable storyline we have in Muvhango. My whole family is watching it and the kids can already say a few words in Venda. Wish we could get more soapies like this one. Excellent!

not so on,cant they lighten it up a bit,can see Nonny and Teboho,the music is fine bt the picture so dull

10.I love it. The music, the clothes, the make-up, absolutely stunning. Well done Duma and the rest of the crew. I think that Danie Odendaal should seriously consider revamping 7de Laan title sequence.And also hire new hairstylist(to style the black females) as well as a wardrobe assistant.

I stopped watching it becuase of that Kgomotjo woman and her sidekick (Buyile Mdladla), but since you guys say there's a change. I'll just visit it and then give my rating after I watch.

Zabalaza took over, will see if my "fling" with them (Zabalaza) will be short-lived or it will blossom into a full-tme love-affair.

7/10 the picture is not clear and Thandaza's hairstyle does not suit her I love her with her short cut or straight up not that one that's in her face.
