Spring's blown in the annual flurry of feathers. Nominees for 5th
Feather Awards have come out of the closet to preen for the ceremony.
The awards are coming up in Jozi on 14 November and will once again tribute schlebs who've inspired the gay community over the past year. The theme this year: Haute Couture.
The 12 signature categories are back and two new developments have been added: a Media Award of the Year category and a public vote for the Drama Queen of the Year category.
The Media Award of the Year category is described by organises as an award that recognises media entities who've made outstanding contributions in depicting honest and positive representations of the gay and lesbian community.
