Jerome is back in the Laan
7de Laan viewers can look forward to hours of viewing pleasure now that the one and only Jerome has found his way back to the Laan.
Terence Bridgett returns to play the flamboyant, larger than life Jerome who's witticisms are set to offer welcome comic relief from all of the current dramas in Hillside.
Jerome is hiding from a loan shark who promises to break his knees unless he pays back the money he owes him - money he doesn’t have. In no time at all he’s settled into Oubaas and Hilda’s flat where he immediately makes his presence felt.
To thank her for her hospitality, Jerome styles Hilda’s hair for a function at the community hall. Oubaas can hardly tear his eyes away from his bride who looks stunning, and it isn’t long before Kim, Pulane and Aggie line up to have their hair done. But will Jerome do equally well when he has to style the models’ hair for Annelie’s fashion parade with only Oubaas and Maria to assist?
And is his idea to put the wedding cake Hilda is baking for Annelie on a rotating base really as cool as he thinks?
Then Jerome and Oubaas discover a plot to murder Gita and decide to save her. But are they up to stopping professional criminals? And where is the loan shark Jerome is hiding from?
He made his comeback on Monday (8 July 2013) and will be on the show until Friday, 16 August.
