Episode 28 S’bu defies his father to meet with Thandeka, but will she tell him what he wants to hear? Mkabayi gets one up on Samson and reminds him of the rules while the wives consult a lawyer as to how to deal with Iris. Ntandane can't help being jealous of Buhle’s fiancé.

Episode 29 Iris braces herself as the wives descend on Joburg to deal with her. Pam is disgruntled when Iris gives Buhle permission to go home. Samson and Mandla devise another underhand plan to defeat Mkabayi and both S’bu and Thandeka mourn the loss of their relationship.

Episode 30 In Joburg the wives drive Iris mad - she and Jackson continue to conspire against them. Qondi and Thandeka reconnect and find a way to distract Thandeka from her broken romance. S’bu begins to question his father while Samson formulates a plan to deal with Mkabayi for good.

Episode 31 The KZN wives and Mkabayi visit a lawyer, only to return to a nasty surprise from Iris. S’bu realizes the truth about his father when he witnesses his brutality. Jackson is caught by surprise by Mimi.

Episode 39Samson is angered when a pirate taxi crashes on his route and Mandla tries to deal with the problem. The family travel to the valley for the Washing of the Spades. Thandeka leaves her heart behind with S’bu while Iris has a plan to take control of the Valley Yard too.

At the Washing of the Spades Jabu feels out of his depth and Iris helps herself to Mpiyakhe’s most valuable belonging. Skhaleni stays in Soweto to “protect” the yard from S’bu but things go wrong. Mimi is on the trail of Mandla - who's getting nervous.

Episode 42Samson puts pressure on Duma to find the pirates while Mandla desperately tries to cover his tracks. S’bu comes into Skhaleni’s favour. Iris can’t stand being in the Valley any longer. Jabu starts to see the possibilities of his inheritance.

Episode 43 Iris manipulates Jabu into claiming what’s his but the wives still see the Jabu they love. Pam enjoys having the house to herself. Mandla lies to his brother and the police. Thandeka tries to explain what’s been spooking her.

The wives are shocked when Jabu suggests making changes to the yard but surprisingly Mkabayi supports him. Samson gets closer to uncovering Mandla’s secret. Shadrack makes an unpopular choice. Thandeka experiences a terrifying dream.
