So Freddie got Van'Dango'd on Tuesday night (20 September) - and Dave had a close call in the Bottom 2.

A sign that Crushanda and Mark will be the Top 2? We vote: yes!

The three will be singing three songs each this week: one from their year of their birth and two with accompaniment by the electric quartet Sterling EQ - who play the All Access Mzansi theme tune.

HHP will be guest judging.

These are their choices:

Crushanda:

With Sterling EQ:
  • It's Raining Men by Weather Girls
  • Songibird - the Glee variation of the Fleetwood Mac song
Her song from the year she was born, 1987: I Just Can’t Stop Loving You by Michael Jackson.

Dave:

With Sterling EQ:
  • Mr Jones by Counting Crows
  • Vincent by Don McLean
His song from the year he was born, 1990: Enjoy The Silence by Depeche Mode.

Mark:

With Sterling EQ:
  • Eleanor Rigby by The Beatles
  • Roxanne by Sting (the variation from the movie Moulin Rouge)
His song from the year he was born, 1982: Open Arms by Journey.

i was sooo happy when Freddie got booted out..and no, Dave's bottom 2 experience does not mean Mark and Crushanda will be top 2, i forsee Freddie's fans putting their weight behind Dave.

My Idol is Cushanda!
