This is the final write up about
2nd Annual TVSA Year End Hook Up, a couple of weeks ago we posted an article as an official invite of TVSA Readers Year End Hook Up.. the Hook Up is finally
HAPPENING this Saturday which is tomorrow.
The 2009 TVSA Year End Hook Up is PROUDLY sponsored by Vawter, Savanna and Mc Carthy Audi Arcadia.
The Hook Up is @ Fountains Valley Tshwane and
it starts @ 3PM.Please note when we say it starts at 3PM it does not mean you arrive there @ 5PM Black people..At 3pm the Hook Up continues and those still coming will have to race to catch up with the pace :-) Fountains has a tendecy of being full and like some readers who had to return last year you might find yourself in same sittuation.
I will be there as early as 10PM to secure a place and other arrangements, please note you are welcome to come early and assist organisers and get to meet some of us earlier..
Please remember the dress code is
STRICTLY SUMMER which means shorts, summer dresses, bikinis you call it but NO JEANS or Trousers people.
The event takes place in Fountains Venue with a chillers picnic kind of set up, guests are advised to bring cooler boxes( with drinks) , snacks,paper plates and champ chairs.
On the first Hook Up that took place in 2008 we had bloggers helping with braai-ng for guests and this year if you know that you a good at that even after a couple of drinks please volunteer to assist.
THERE WILL BE MEAT I can see a couple of faces jumping up and down already LMAO and yes we need people who will braai and not make us eat burnt meat.

Vawter and Savanna will be served as drinks as they are drinks sponsors, however Bloggers are allowed to bring their own drinks of a different brand.
Please note that this years drinks sponsor is
not BIG like 2008 Year End Hook Up was..
It is advisable for bloggers (especially Male Bloggers) to bring some of their own drinks to avoid sponsored drinks not being able to accomodate everyone especially since we are all allowed to bring friends. Remember we worked with numbers and possibilities of the number doubling or more are high.
To get in fountains you HAVE to pay ( estimating R20) and once you in look for Audi banners or just come looking for me :-)
Mc Carthy Audi Arcadia sales executives will be with us including the Audi Boss ...on the day to assist aspirant Audi owners. The hook up will be branded with Audi in terms of cars and banners.
Also joining us is UFM's Edgar DS, Jika Jive and Prince. Motswako artist Motso will aslo be there after perfoming in Mafikeng for Maftown FM.
Please note that we are all expected to behave in a well manner, Saturday is about having fun and meeting faces behind the names. If you might need any assistance or help while at the venue please tell us, we would like all of us to leave fountains in one piece and safe.
It is
also advisable to bring along a driver if you know you planning to have a little too much alcohol which is acceptable because we will be letting off steam of the year.
Please bring cameras with to take lots of pictures and create memories...
If you bringing a child or kids along please make sure you on high alert of where they are or bring someone to assist with, I would advise against bringing kids with though..
