Monkey Life 2 continues its coverage of the day-to-day lives of the 160 monkeys, chimps, orang-utans and other primates that live at Monkey World Ape Rescue Centre.

With the Rescue Centre - one of the largest in the world - as its base, the series follows the rescue and rehabilitation stories of some of the most abused and neglected monkeys in the world.

Charting the efforts of its staff - including animal manager Jeremy and keepers Emma, Paul and Mike - as they look after their furry charges, the series features all the day-to-day dramas and personalities of the rescued monkeys.

Animal Cops Houston returns for it's eleventh season.

An observational documentary series, the show follows the work of the Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Texas, USA.

The HSPCA receives over 10,000 reports of cruelty or neglect every year, and its small team of investigators is dedicated to helping these victims of abuse.

The Animal Planet cameras follow the team to bring these stories to life, from the initial investigation and rescue, through court cases and medical rehabilitation, to - in most cases - adoption in new, loving homes.



Whale Wars

Highlighting both the controversial whaling trade and the tactics that Sea Shepherd and its staff and volunteers use to attempt to cripple it, Whale Wars documents the group's three-month sojourn across icy Antarctic waters at the far end of the globe.

Galapagos

A documentary series that explores that the wildlife that abounds above and below the Galapagos Islands' waters.

Featuring giant tortoises, marine iguanas, reef sharks, playful packs of penguins and sea lions, the series explores this fantastic island, revealing its often-ignored wonders.

Lying 1,000 kilometres off the coast of South America, the islands boasts creatures ranging from flightless cormorants hunting underwater to giant tortoises that inhabit the rim of an active volcano.
