Mavesta is losing his stronghold on his empire, Precious is the damsel in distress, Moferefere te wicked bad guy and Sphiwe is the reluctant hero (almost).
For about two weeks now, I haven't been watching A Place Called Home, thanks to the guys at SABC1 and their scheduling issues. If it's not some Generations celebration, it's the soccer, so through the confusion I have seemed to miss out on one episode.
A quick recap , or what I could gather on last night's prologue sequence, is that Precious had a disagreement with Mavesta and she shipped out of the house only to be taken hostage by Moferefere. Sphiwe's finally publishing his book and Cassius has gone AWOL yet again. So the entire of last night was spent with Mavesta trying to figure out how to get her sister back and Sphiwe having to decide to take a walk on the bad side ,and help Mavesta or just concentrate on his life.
How many times is this guy going to go through the same thing over and over again? This was all shot in a very bad Yizo Yizo 2 illusions of the blue tint, that made the outside scenes just look bad.
But I honestly feel there was not much to last night episode, or maybe i'm just not in a good frame of mind. Any takers about last night's APCH episode?
