Going Nowhere Slowly 5

A new season of Going Nowhere Slowly sets off for new adventures. The show begins at Planet Karoo and ends 90kms away at Stonehenge in the middle of the Tankwa at the Afrikaburns festival.

The season covers 16000kms by taking the scenic route via Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Madagascar, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and up to Angola before doing a u-turn to return home.

As the show travels the team pick pick drifters up along the way when they feel they need to and drop them off again when they feel they need to.

Big Shots

The new series Big Shots takes over from Lipstick Jungle. Set in a world where the lines between the boardroom and bedroom clash, the show centres around the story of four friends who are at the top of their game... until the women in their lives enter the room.

These competitive but dysfunctional New York CEOs take refuge in their friendship, discussing business, confiding secrets, seeking advice and supporting one another through life's twists and turns.

James Walker (Michael Vartan, Alias) is the group's moral centre, but his professional life almost crumbles in an instant, thanks to a corporate shakeup at AmeriMart Industries. However, his work woes pale in comparison to what he later learns about his wife.

Brody Johns (Christopher Titus, Titus) is Senior Vice President of Alpha Crisis Management. Despite his professional success, his wife will be judging him by how magnificently he can put together her birthday party.

Karl Mixworthy (Joshua Malina, The West Wing) is the sweet yet always nervous CEO of a large pharmaceutical company. He has a loving wife and a cunning mistress who is beginning to monopolize whatever free time he can muster.

And Duncan Collinsworth (Dylan McDermott, The Practice) is the sexy, divorced CEO of Reveal Cosmetics. Having built his company into the industry leader, he now finds his personal life threatened by rumor of a personal indiscretion - which is actually a fact - that could turn his world upside down.

After Christian's Carver attack, Sean must look for a new partner to keep the practice going. Sean has to surgically separate an obese woman from a couch she has spent the past three years on. Julia realizes that she has to make a decision about the future of her marriage.

Oprah's Big Give

Oprah's Big Give is an eight-part reality show in which 10 contestants travel across the US to try to help people as much as possible. Their aim - to win the title of America's Best Philanthropist.

Hosted by Nate Burkus, each episode sees the contestants visiting a different city to help different people and organisations. Along the way they're allowed to raise additional funds and at the end of each episode one contestant gets eliminated.

At the end of the run it's revealed that in addition to the title, the winner also wins $1 million.

The series premieres on Tuesday and continues on the following days:
