Then she speaks with Food Network’s Sandra Lee who discusses her tumultuous childhood, the physical and emotional abuse she endured from her own mother and how she was able to turn food stamps into a food empire.

Tyra also speaks with actress and model Brooke Burke who opens up about how she rebounded from her painful divorce and started a new life with fiancé David Charvet.

Caitlin Upton, Miss Teen South Carolina, discusses the public ridicule she faced when she froze during a question in a televised pageant only to discover that her blunder was all over the Internet.

Tyra also speaks with a young woman who embarrassed herself in two separate pageants and now fears continuing in pageantry. Plus, a cheerleader who garnered Internet fame when her high school football team trampled her before a game gets another surprise that was caught on film.

Tyra also speaks with a woman who wants to redeem herself after being dubbed a party girl, and a woman who regrets posting sexy photos of herself online. A crisis management expert is on hand to offer advice to viewers who have faced similar situations and hope to regain their reputations.
