This week contestants face some of their worst fears when the challenge takes them out of their comfort zones and into the water. Into the Inanda Dam, to be precise. Not an inviting thought as some team members are aqua-phobic.

Here the teams have to carry huge and heavy rubber rafts along the beach from the start line to their portage point. After getting their raft on the water they have to paddle 350m to collect a flag and then paddle the 350m back to shore where they carry their raft to the finish mat.

This episode is not without its brawls and cat-fights - there's a split between the men and women when one contestant gets secretive and refuses to let on whom they support or oppose while another contestant constantly whines about their knee.

There is a lot of sulking going on too that makes the trainers lose their cool and in the end one team decides that they are not a team any more but enemies instead.

The elimination process is the most explosive yet as the evicted person leaves on a dramatic note.

I was watching the extra version yesterday, poor adil after all that week's work out he only lost a kilo.

Yeah, what are these people doing wrong that they are dropping such small amounts of weight? Was really thinking Adil would drop a large amount this week.

its realy confusing coz the americans lost huge amounts of weight in every weigh-in bt our contestents are battling,its kinda weird.

it's still too early after 3 weeks you will start to notice the difference, uAdil naye really needs to take responsibility his health is at risk.

Shame guys, did u notice the way Adil was comforting himself by saying: "Even though I've only lost 1 lillo outside, in the inside I am a much better person, I've learned to be independent"..........and blah blah blah.........well when he said I just wanted to say, well it doesn't matter matter if u feel like Morris Chesnut inside, if u are not healthy like him. He needs to stop feeling sorry for himself & take his overwightness seriously, and making he must stop making himself feel good with the little things he achieves & he must achieve bigger things, like loosing that fat............period!!!!!!!!!!!
