Season 4 of America's Next Top Model premieres tonight at 22h50, after the UEFA Champions League soccer.

Episode Title: The Girl Who Is A Lady Kat... Reow!
Broadcast Date: 23 October, 2007

The fourth season of America’s Next Top model comes to Cape Town, South Africa. The wannabe models will get to visit Robben Island and meet former President Nelson Mandela later in the season.

Former Supermodel and host Tyra Banks is joined by the usual gang, one of the first supermodels ever, Janice Dickson, photographer, Nigel Barker and stylist Nole Marin. In addition, runway guru J. Alexander and Director of Photography, Jay Manuel support the girls throughout the show.

The 14 contestants originate from a variety of backgrounds ranging from a janitor, a wrestler to a cosmetology student. There is even have a girl from the previous season, Tiffany, who was disqualified for getting into a bar fight.

In addition, there is no plus size model included.

One thing that won’t be missing is the drama – this season has it all. One of the contestants finds herself in a life and death situation, another contracts a contagious skin disease and the rest push Tyra over the edge with their constant complaining and negative attitudes.

yesssssssss!!! i cant wait for another dose of ANTM even though i already know who the winner is and all the other seasons... still is very interesting and entertaining to watch though...

eish nyani people, what happend to cheaters? Imagine if we had a South African version of cheaters. Now that would be real interesting ne. Imagine being busted under them sheets with someone you think is your man... eish and with all those cmeras in your face... come to think of it, i'm glad we dont have an SA version, shu just imagine all that drama.

Yhooo!!!Pooky we shuddnt have a sa version nyani coz ezalapha ziViolent they wud not plead with the chic & ask questions y,instead they wud blaksem the gal infront of the cameras & then tell her infront of the camera that she go to the police station if she wanted to,then beat up the camera man till kingdom cum,Yhoooo,drama sani.

The first episode was great ,even though the girls were not that fly .
but why i dont understand is why did the call back the the full figured girl if they knew she was not going too far ,it was just painful for me .

they just feeling sorry for her ,but if they fell gore they can change her then thats a good thing ,we would like to see ugly duckling turn into a swan .but i heard there is going to be a lot of drama this season ,i cant wait

the girls dont look that much interesting mara one thing for sure is that they are full of drama...............so i will be glued to my screen on Tuesdays

That's my point exactly why do they bring "fat" chicks if they know they won't even coonsider them-it must kills their self esteem.
-what's up with dat chick with the red fake afro, that hairdo has got 2 go. and the ghetto chick, da one who's always talking abt her grandma, i think she only made it through b-coz the judges felt sorry 4 her.
@pooky and boogy babe-i would have also loved 2 S.A vesion of cheaters bt true dat- the drama-the stabbing a big no no. and besides i think it they will always have Khanyi Mbau (miss Mbow, Mbouwe-have u guys seen dat CTM ad, it cracks me up)
-i think on S.A cheters they'll always have khanyi trying 2 bust her husband. this wk it wld be Babalwa then Amstel from 3sum and then her aunt- God knows dat chick wld do anything 4 atention!!!!
