BB Africa2: Addiction is a Witch...

I am so addicted to Big Brother Africa, I can't help myself...thank goodness for being solo coz lawd knows I would be dumped by now...

In today's live show, the housemates had to perform for the Idols Judges and I'm sure Big Brother is like "That's not what I had in mind"...well, Biggie, if you had asked me I would have told you that if you plan anything, don't include Mara coz she has a way of spoiling things....

I honestly don't know why she has been retained as Idols judge..or perhaps my comment is because I don't really know what is required of them. Her comments just don't make sense to me shem..

Randall was there looking sour as always...Gaaddd, you can't help but love his comments though...most of them that is. You idols judges need to know that you aren't as cool as you think you are...except of course, Gareth, I like Gareth. (I know some of you are looking at me funny right now)

Here's what I remember from their perfomances and my questions to them.

                                                         RICHARD - TANZANIA

Bezuiden

Richard  went out dressed in a bra and a skirt and said that in every man there's a woman. He says he always dresses up in his wife's clothes when at home.

Well, I've already said my piece about Richard and his usual "wife talk" all I'ma say is thank you for showing us your manhood earlier...it's umm...nice.

Question: How long are you gonna keep this charade for?

                                                          KWAKU - GHANA

ma kwaku

Kwaku was rapping about something, I only heard the part where he said "hunger"  and another word I heard was "benefit", the rest I couldn't make out...I can't hear rappers mina, I'm sorry. After he was done with the rapping, he started dancing and showed us some super Usher moves. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised coz I really didn't think he could dance.
O rata bo "my man" too much maan...I like him though, he's got a nice bod and he's cool....
It's obvious he's the "Gideon" of the house. He's got the walk, the music, you know?!
The judges were kinda impressed with him.

                                                    TATIANA - ANGOLA

tatiaaaaaaaa

I like Tatiana. She did a perfomance about a gal who commits suicide in exchange for God ending the poverty, deaths in Africa and the judges were like "Suicide is not the solution."
Eish, those judges can be thick (oops), KB had to explain that she was just trying to send out a message...

                                                       OFUNNEKA - NAIJA

Ofunneka

One of my Top 3 Most Boring housemates...Gaaaddd somebody help her out of that house..She got all dressed up in an African attire, got her face looking all scary and perfomed a Nigerian dance for the judges. They loved it but I think she's a waste of space, they could have gotten someone better to represent Naija. She seems very lost in that house and that so called "dance" she did yesterday?? Lawd have mercy!!!

I was laughing at one sms that came through saying her Nigerian citizenship needs to be verified coz there's no way she's from there hi hi hi hi hi

                                                    JUSTICE - BOTSWANA

M just

One of my top 3 boring housemates....Botswana feels let down, ek se. If I hear one more word about "debate this" or "debate that"...I'm going to Sasani studios to throw a tantrum. Justice needs to :
- Stop sleeping all the time
- Stop laughing like that coz his laugh is irritating
- Stop telling us (and housemates) about debating
- Please STOP singing

When it was time for him to perform, he went to "debate" about how Africa doesn't make anything for themselves. We get things made in Japan/Taiwan/Germany etc.
Randall rightfully told him, "You raised the point but failed to make a point"...Amen. And sadly, this is the case with every topic he tries to talk about that....THAT or maybe I just block my hearing when he opens his mouth.

                                                             MERYL - NAMIBIA

shikwambane

Miss Silicone boobs huh?? Well, I think I've voiced my feelings on her, Richard asked her "Does everything you do have to be so sexy?" I don't know whether married man is having trouble keeping his hands off her but damn, this gal is flashing her assets for all the guys in the house to see...Kwaku especially.
I have a feeling Max doesn't like her much...just an observation from their interactions.

Her perfomance was her in a Britney spears inspired look telling us of her new fashion line, which I doubt any of you would be interested in so ....NEXT..

LERATO - MZANSI

Lera

The life and soul of Big Brother Africa 2. She really should cover up but that aside, gal is loud and fun to be with. There's just something so sweet about people who are able to laugh at themselves. She knows she's huge and has no qualms with that. She knows she can't sing but that didn't stop her from singing for the judges.

Mara was asked how she felt about the group's perfomance and instead said "Lerato, I'm worried about you." Lerato kept asking "Why"...and Mara was so phoxa'd she answered "I don't know why." he he he he she shouldn't have started ish she couldn't finish coz Lerato told her "Well, you need a stylist and you need a makeover." he he he he he That was the best thing about this show so far!!
Mara must never!!!

CODE - MALAWI

code

I don't really have an opinion on Code. He's playing it safe. Not too loud, not too quiet, I don't know what to think of him. He's Frank, the music guy and seems to get along with the other housemates.
I think he sang something for the judges, dedicated to Malawi, it was okay.

                                                     MAXWELL - ZAMBIA

Maxooo

Baby!!!!! Who doesn't like Baby, huh? He's Lerato's best buddy in the house and I really hope the girlfriend, pictured below with his mom, doesn't mind.
Maxi did a talk about AIDS (what else?) , the stigma attached to it and jah, no comment. He's Max, he could never go wrong in my eyes....oh, he must just brush that chest hair of his...dikgobe tseo maan!!!

mx fam

I had a chat to Max's girl and his mom at the launch and I told missy to get ready for a breakup coz it's tough being a faithful partner in a BB house...Mudiaga and Ify would know...he he he he he

                                                         BERTHA - ZIMBABWE

Bertha

Bertha has a beautiful singing voice and she perfomed a "domestic violence" inspired piece for the judges and I don't know what it was Mara was criticizing but she did admit that Bertha has a future in acting. Eish Mara had a slip of the tongue thingy and ended up talking about SABC/Muvhango on an MNET show & her face looked so "oops" like afterwards....

Bertha, I'm reconsidering that whole "Bertha Fan Club" membership thing...I don't support people who sleep in the house and don't play in the jacuzzi...

                                                   MAUREEN - UGANDA

maureenooo

Lovely Maureen danced for the judges and it was kinda cute. She's such a respectful child. Like Helen (BBN) in some ways but less conniving of course. They will keep her in the house in the first few rounds coz they feel sorry for her and what she's been through in her short life. I wish I could just give her a hug too...she's too sweet for words. I like her, so humble. Hope she remembers that this is a game and starts playing.

                                                      JEFF - KENYA

Jeff, who sounds so much like Glen Lewis is the MOST BORING HOUSEMATE IN BBA 2.

All I wanna ask him is, "Bro, when are you getting out of the closet?"
When Richard was putting on his bra, Jeff tried to help him and Richard was on some "Just don't touch my ass man..." he he he Shame Jeff.

She He did some BORING poem about "him" and how he's the authour of some book, which I will never buy...if the writer is that boring, what would make the book so interesting?????? He MUST PLEASE DO HIMSELF A FAVOUR AND LEAVE THAT HOUSE...uyakhinya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can the housemates please get him in the Jacuzzi to play a game of truth and dare before he goes next week?

                                  MY QUESTION TO KB:

Jefffoooo

ngakena

Boy, when are you asking me out??

Richard - What were u thinkin' rockin' a bra and a mini???Eish...

Kwaku - Ur dancing was ok, but ur rappin' sux big-time.

Tatiana - I expected more 4rom ur performance, being an established actress. Bertha acted better.

Merly - U got a body 2 die for gal, but u're now overdoing it.

Code - Hayi..Can somebody hide that guitar 4 a day...

Lerato - You reminded me of those worst Idol singers..hihiiii. She looked gr8 tho.

Max - Hmmm...Great message, but i didn't feel the performance.

Bertha - I neva thought you could act. Well-done! This chick is also the best singer, especially when they had to sing/freestyle within the bba2 song.

Ofunneka - No comment...i give up!

Maureen - She surprised me with the splits. She'll do  well as an aerobics instructor.

Jeff - Jeff Antony...Jeff Anthony wtf??? His poem was rhythmless....

Presenter Kabelo - For the first time he's lookin' much betta on screen. Hail to the BBA2 stylists. Dating KB...hmmm iwould rather be content on him being a big brother...

Shorty Justice - I'm failing to notice his so-called debating skills. He brought up an interestingly debatable issue, but he's really not giving justice to it.

I cringed at some of the performances...especially Tatiana's....My goodness...wtf was she doing??
Jeff Anthony..that guy's a joke, that's the only reason he needs to stay in the house.
And I think we might be hard on Justice..I'm starting to like the lil guy...Did anyone see him when he waws eating last night. he looked like a little troll or something..hehee...but he's an intelligent guy...just takes time to warm up to people.

And Richard...I don't care what he says, if you have tendencies to wear women;s clothing...you're gay! but he's starting to open up and talk more and stop the sulking he was on.

Maureen..what can i say...she's so beautiful.

HUH Big brither housemates, they are all just killing me.

It is official. OFUNEKA is crazy. She needs phsychiatric (is that how its spelled??) help. What the hell was she doing on Sartuday dancing alone in the lounge, with sum scary moves?? Wearing her grand ma s jersey.

As for  Richard, I thot that was a TALENT SHOW. Which part excatly is his talent from what he was doing. You dont go around wearing mini skirts if u don wan ppl to think u not gay.

Bertha was just the best.

JEFF.  Dude WTF....?????????

Tiny Justice. I dont know wot to think of this guy. I laffed so much when he was wearing a dress and wedge sandals. As for the perfomance, I hev no words to explain how I feel.

Maureen, she was  ..er.. good..... I think

Tatyana. After she died, I was still IN HER COUNTRY.

Kwaku, Max and Code...... well.....

D judges' comments may have come out nasty but take away d nastiness & it still boils down 2 d fact dat they didn't prepare for dis task. Wen I saw wat they called practice...I expected a failure, thoh I wished I wuld b disappointed... Ofcourse I still got my disppointment from their peformance, there was no coordination at all. At dis point I thot of d BBN song...superb performance...sorry I had 2 compare.

But by far d most disappointing performance was from CODE... need I say y? Ok! a performing artist, with so much confidence & tales of his exploits in d music world...or mayb I didn't hear well during his 'picture session'... I was shocked beyond wat words can express...I am still in a state of shock...

Bertha seems 2 b taking it all... I wish dem beta luck next time.

that mess called Big Brother, why the hell did Nigeria after an explosive BB send such a BORING contestant??? she definately has to go!!!!!! i like Bertha, Code.
My order of going home:
Ofuneka - not contributing anything in the house
Jeff -  boring good as not there
Justice -  that height of his took away everyting else he could have had
Maureen -  sweet but doesnt command much presence though probably the prettiest girl!!!
Tatiana -  sweet but not very intresting
Meryl - i'm sure by then she will have exposed herself and we have seen all we want to see she will b free to go
Kwaku -  nothing amazing about him, he was just almost cute he's wanna be
Lerato - she can also go coz now the competition begins!!!
Code -  Intresting well calculated girl but dont see him winning
Max -  Almost but not with Bertha hot on your heels
Bertha - She is taking the moola home!!!

Agree with your order of going home Sxy! Not sure about the Bertha vs Max ending....

14 Aug 2007 07:28

Lerato and Meryl will not be in the Top 6!!!!! For all their entertainment value,...now....such a game never survives in Big Brother Africa!
BERTHA is will take the mulla..but there is some thing about her..the way she talks..almost too good to be true. i saw it during the Aids debate, the Rape discusion..the Church thing on Sunday. ..every word is thought out..every single word!!!
i like the girl but in BB we never like 'superficial' housemates....

Sxy, one of your bottom 5, will be in the FINAL 3...but delete Jeff!!! The Humping bird is about to fly away!!

I know I'm too over the hill for this kind os stuff mara I had to shoot my two cent's worth and all I wanna say is what the hell was Big Brother trying to prove with the inclusion of Jeff in the house. Poor thing. I feel so sorry for his family. but not as sorry as I do for Ofunneka's mom. Did anyone believe Tatiana stunt on some: days we used to go on end on empty stemaks...I mean really?
