5 reasons why SABC TV is boring

5 reasons SABC TV is boring

1. They only have 2 Xitsonga programs that I am sure of.

It is the 17h30 news on SABC 2 three or two times a week and
Zwahashu and lately I haven’t heard them speaking it. I
am a Tsonga and since I am paying for the damn TV licence I
need to be represented

2. They love repeating movies 4 times a year.

Last year I saw one movie more than 3 times on SABC, twice on
Fo Sho and once on SABC 3. The same thing is happening this
month, the first time I saw City of Angels was on SABC 2 and
now it will be playing on SABC 3

3. They don’t have pornography like ETV during the weekend

It wouldn’t hurt to view some X-rated stuff in the early
hours of the morning from SABC during the weekend. I am tired
of renting videos, I need some free exciting stuff.

4. They don’t do much research on what interests people

60% of their programs are not entertaining enough

5. They do not know who their target markets are, for a specific
time

I just want to know who is supposed to watch shift and the
learning channel. Who are they targeting when they broadcast
shift at 09h30 or 10h00am, I am not even sure of the time.
Immediately after shift, there is that educational program
and to my knowledge all the pupils are at school unless if
they watch TV during school hours.
