In anticipation of tonight's PB Premiere, I have a quick recap of the final episode of Series 1...
For those of you who have not yet seen the first series and don't want any spoilers, I suggest you clickety click it out of here.
Episode 21 saw the start of the actual escape.
Unfortunately, Westmoreland suffered a fatal injury and died before he could even make it out of Fox River. Muche, Sucre's rounded cousin, could not make it over the wall and was apprehended just as Michael made it over the wall.
In Episode 22, Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, Abruzzi, C-Note, T-Bag, Tweener and Haywire are on the run and although they all fit into the getaway vehicle, we know that only a few of them can fit onto the plane that Abruzzi organized.
They manage to get rid of Haywire (who was last seen peddling away on a stolen bicycle.)
Tweener was also soon ousted and crawled into a truck at the one of the roadblocks.
To ensure his seat on the plane, T-Bag had handcuffed himself to Michael and swallowed the key. Abruzzi was not too happy about the situation and quickly remedied it by chopping off T-Bag's hand. (The man is Mafia after all - remember what they did to Michael's toes?)
In the meantime, Pope has been rescued from his spot in the cupboard and has discovered that the infirmary door had been left open on purpose.
By process of elimination they figure out that it was the good Doctor Sarah who did this. They rush over to her place, only to discover that she had taken a drug overdose - and we don't know if she made it or not.
President Mills dies of what everyone seems to think is a heart attack. But we know that he has poisoned, and Vice President Reynolds is now President.
Meanwhile, at President Reynolds house in the mountains, Vee discovers Terrence Steadman is very much alive and well (Steadman is the guy Lincoln is SUPPOSED to have killed)
With the Police hot on their trail, the remainder of the escapees make a run for the runway. Unfortunately Abruzzi's friends cannot wait a second later and we see the handsome felons from Fox River Pen running after a plane that is busy taking off taking off, lights flashing as the long arm of the spots them. When it is clear they cannot catch up, they decide to run for the hills.....
So... I have many unanswered questions...
FIRSTLY - how the hell are they going to get away from all those cops?
Then - will T-Bag and his hand be able to escape, and if so, will he ever meet up with the rest of them?
What about Haywire and Tweener?
Is Sarah dead?
Will the rest of the world find out that Steadman is still alive?
Where is Lincoln's son?
CANT WAIT FOR TONIGHT!!!!!
