Golden Globes: The TV Winners

As expected the big winners in the TV categories at the 64th Annual Golden Globe Awards were mini-series Elizabeth 1 (3 awards) and comedy Ugly Betty (2 awards), while the made-for-TV movie Gideon's Daughter also won two awards.

Elizabeth 1 took home the Best Mini-series or Film Made For TV, Best Actress in a Mini-series or Film Made For TV (Helen Mirren) and Best Supporting Actor (Jeremy Irons) awards, while Mirren went on to win the Best Actress in a Drama award for The Queen in the film category.

Ugly Betty won the Best Comedy award as well as Best Actress in a Comedy award for America Ferrera.

Grey's Anatomy won the Best Television Series - Drama award, while the Best Actor and Best Actress awards for Drama went to Hugh Laurie (House) and Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer) respectively.
