Dr Phil follows-up with a shop-aholic wife, Bridgette, and her doctor husband, Michael, to uncover their family's secrets and lies.
Dr Phil's cameras show Michael as a rage-holic who screams and yells at kids, and his wife. We find out that the wife has been hiding a secret for 30 years - she is a cutter. Then her son admits he is a cutter too.
The children reveal they are addicted to porn and say it's a habit that started when they were just young children.
What will Dr Phil say when the parents and children blame each other for their problems?

Bridezilla Follow-Up
A wedding is supposed to be a time of celebration, but sometimes, planning for that special day can divide a family.
Pat feels that her son, Steve's fiance is not good enough for him. She thinks Kim is selfish, narcissistic and trying to turn Steve against his own family. Pat hopes she can convince her son that he's about to marry the wrong woman before it's too late.
Then, when Rachel and her mother, Jeanne, last appeared on the show, Jeanne claimed that Rachel's Bridezilla ways were destroying their relationship. Rachel's motto was: "It's my wedding day, and the bride is always number one!"
After they left the show, Rachel refused to speak to Jeanne and demanded an apology. What is the one thing Rachel really needs from her mother?

Grant and Kelly first appeared on the show because Grant expected his wife to live up to his demanding standards. He wanted a cleaner house, better meals and a sexier spouse. After seven years, his constant criticism and siappointment had her ready to throw in the towel on trying to become the "perfect wife".
Dr Phil's first talk with Grant and Kelly caused quite a stir as thousands of viewers wrote in choosing sides. How are Grant and Kelly now? And why is he no longer wearing his wedding ring?

EX-Mates From Hell
Dr Phil's guests say they've got ex-mates from hell.
Tracie called off her wedding over a year ago, but her ex-fiance, Dan, still won't leave her alone. He calls every morning to say he loves her and after he hacked her computer and e-mailed a man she was dating and broke into her house she filed a restraining order against him. Dan says Tracie is the love of his life, and thinks they still have a chance to patch things up.
Then, Stacie says her ex-husband, Ted, is making her life miserable. Since their marriage ended, she says he abondoned her and their three sons financially. Can she get Ted to step up financially or will she and the kids be out on the street.
