Last Chance

When your marriage is on the rocks, how do you know when to call it quits and sign the divorce papers, or give it one more try?

After just two months of marriage Jon left a voicemail message for his bride saying that he no longer wanted to be married. She won't sign the divorce papers because she wants to give his new marriage one last chance. The plot thickens as April reveals that John wanted to call it quits after she lost too much weight and entered rehab to save their relationship.

Then, Kirsten has separation papers but her husband, Brian, forced his way back in the house when he found out she was cheating on him again. They have knock-down-drag-out fights in front of their two young children, and Kristen is torn between saving her marriage and keeping her boyfriend.

Does Dr Phil think these marriages will survive one last chance or should these couples sign the divorce papers?

The bachelors reveal which two women gave the worst first impressions. Dr. Phil makes a special trip to the island to help these women stop making their biggest dating mistakes, and start "loving smart."

Trouble In The Spotlight

Kari and Bonnie are sisters who are at war because Bonnie encourages her 8-year-old daughter to wear make-up, false teeth and spray-on-tans to compete in high-glitz beauty pageants.

Kari says the pageants should be outlawed and fears her niece will become prey for pedophiles. Then, Ranel is convinced her daughter is the next Dakota Fanning and will stop at nothing to see her child's name in lights. Her husband says she's neglecting their younger child - and their marraige. And, a mother is being criticized and mocked for plutting her 6-year-old son in beauty pageants. Is she making a mistake?
