Season 1
Mysterious Cube is a South African supernatural drama television miniseries which evolves after two brothers stumble upon a strange artefact, setting in motion a catastrophic sequence of events.
After brothers Thula and Colin stumble upon a mysterious artefact unlike anything they've seen before, the pair decides to call in their friend Tshepo, a young programmer and the most knowledgeable person they know, to investigate.
But things take a turn for the worst when Tshepo, accompanied by his girlfriend Monica, touches the object, setting a string of irreversible events in motion.
Under a spell brought on by his exposure to the cube, Tshepo sets off on a mission to unleash a great evil into the world.
Meanwhile, Monica's quest to find answers about the Mysterious Cube draws the attention of a powerful secret society that has long sort it out.
Also in the mix is Anne, a mysterious grifter who has her own history with the cube.

Thula and Colin, brothers who have recently moved into a new house in the township, stumble upon a mysterious object in their new residence.
When strange things start happening, the pair rope in a friend to assist, but things go horribly wrong.
Episode 2
With Tshepo having wandered off and Colin blind, Thula and Monica are left to put together the pieces and unravel the mystery of the Cube.
Thula visits the eccentric MaNgoma for assistance while Monica receives a mysterious text.
Episode 3
Monica meets up with her mysterious messenger, but things don't go according to plan.
Meanwhile, Thula tracks down the previous tenant in search of answers, but he winds up getting more than he bargained for.
Episode 4
MaNgoma meets up with Malusi, who barely survived an encounter with the mysterious Hooded Man and informs him of her shocking discovery.
Nandi begins a desperate search for her missing relative.
Episode 5
Thula gets a surprise call and Anne is tracked down by the mysterious Johan.
After a disastrous meeting with Nandi, Thula and Colin are paid a visit from someone they don't expect.
Episode 6
Things come to a head as the mysterious Hooded Man descends on the gang.
With tensions already high, a powerful new ally is all that stands between the group falling into total chaos and the entity getting what he wants.
