The series is hosted by Jeannie D, Bonang Matheba and Bonnie Mbuli.

Catering specifically to females, the show aims to give women an opportunity to interact and engage daily, to find out more about cooking, fashion, well-being and finance, among other topics. It aims to inspire viewers to find the courage, try something new and become their best selves.

The show also features live music performances, competitions and real-time audience interaction via social media.
