Richard Ayoade immerses himself in the world of gadgetry and tries out all of the products and prototypes he can lay his hands on: gadgets from the future, gadgets from the past and sweet little gizmos that people can buy today - and that will change the way they live their lives tomorrow.
He sets off on his venture in the company of some fellow gadget lovers, including Stephen Mangan, Jimmy Carr, John Humphrys and Noel Fielding. As well as introducing viewers to some of the world's most sought after gadgets, Richard also invents a series of problem-solving contraptions of his own.
Gadget Man is back for a third season and Richard still isn't finding life any easier. Cooking, shopping, moving house, going out or even staying in are among the activities that involve far too much effort for Ayoade's liking. That's why he's continuing his crusade to find gadgets that can ease his pain...
The season features a range of guest stars including Richard E. Grant, Allison Steadman, Tim Vine and David Mitchell, who will be helping Ayoade get to grips with the latest technology on the market.
With the help of his tech team back at base they'll be roaming the country and investigating everything from driverless taxi's and 3D mirrors to survival rafts that can endure a meteorological apocalypse.
