Season 2
Season 1 introduced us to the Mahlatis.
Nandi (Kgomotso Christopher), Leonard (Thapelo Mokoena) and Zintle (Ngele Ramulondi), are a slightly dysfunctional family with secrets that slowly creep up on them.
At the fore of these secrets is mysterious stranger Jacob (Prince Grootboom), who entered the Mahlatis' lives to avenge a wrong done to his family.
Things didn't go according to plan, as Jacob unexpectedly fell for Nandi, making things complicated for everyone involved.
The story over the season continued to unravel with the loss of the major figure in a criminal investigation.
Vuyo's (Nat Ramabulana) search for the truth opened up a diabolical can of worms, with many dark, hidden secrets coming to light after years of bubbling under the surface.
As the web of lies and deceit untangled, Laura (Frances Sholto-Douglas) continued to warn Zintle about the man she was falling in love with, while battling her own feelings and falling in love with her best friend.
In Season 2, Nandi and Jacob's obsessive love affair continues, filled with lust, betrayal and revenge, as the truth finally comes out about the original sin.
Falsely imprisoned, a battle-hardened Nandi uses every available resource and relationship to protect herself and her family from the man who has already ruined so many lives.
Consquences come to a head months after Nandi and Jacob's affair when Nandi finds herself unjustly imprisoned, forming an unlikely relationship with fellow inmate Phila (Tina Redman) for her protection, but prison can't shield her from the dangers lurking on the outside.
Warren Masemola joins the twisted world of Fatal Seduction as Minister Vilikazi - a ruthless, calculating Police Minister vying to become South Africa's next Deputy President, who first appeared in the Season 1 finale.
With secrets buried as deep as his ambition, he's a man who will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
At his side is Precious (Nunu Khumalo), his fiercely loyal assistant, whose sharp mind and colder heart help him build a sinister web of influence and control.
All the while, his elegant and devout wife, Delisiwe (Xolile Tshabalala), remains in the dark about the wreckage her husband leaves behind.
The Minister and aspiring Deputy President, along with his aide, use Nandi's freedom as leverage.
Together, they demand that she put a stop to Vuyo's investigation that threatens to expose the Minister's darkest secrets, destroy him publicly and shatter all illusions with his loyal wife, Delisiwe.
Desperate to protect her daughter, Zinhle and reclaim her freedom, Nandi turns to people she hoped never to need again.
Season 2 expands the story with Leonard, who endeavours to fix his family while hiding a twisted truth that could shatter it for good, and Laura, whose deepening devotion to Zinhle may come at a cost.
Daanyaal Ally portrays the role of Clinton, a charming friend who integrates himself into Zinhle's world, facing consequences he simply cannot outrun.
Returning this season are Kgomotso Christopher as Nandi, Prince Grootboom as Jacob, Thapelo Mokoena as Leonard and Nat Ramabulana as Vuyo - each grappling with the fallout of forbidden desires, fractured trust and the consequences of past betrayals.

Fatal Seduction is based on the Mexican drama series Dark Desire created by Leticia López Margalli and is produced locally by Ochre Moving Pictures with executive producers Robbie Thorpe and Stan Joseph.
