Synopsis
Cook Yourself Thin is hosted by Harry, Gizzi, Sal and Sophie, four slim chicks with a penchant for tasty tucker. They regularly have their cake, eat it, and still look gorgeous.
Armed with their skinny recipe secrets and a calorie counter, the Cook Yourself Thin ladies set out to prove that anyone can drop a dress size in six weeks whilst still eating all the food they love.
These girls are serious foodies who won't make any compromises when it comes to flavour - their dishes first and foremost must taste great.
The secret to streamlining curves, they claim, is simply to get into the kitchen with the right recipes and cook yourself thin.
Each week one lucky lady trades in their tummy-bulging takeaways for altogether healthier alternatives that don't compromise on taste.
