Gareth Cliff shares stuff from his own life and real stories from the team while encouraging celebrity and non-celebrity guests to open up about their own stories and opinions.
There are also discussions around viewers' favourite TV shows, including Comedy Central's own The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and South Park, and comical video clips from the internet and elsewhere.
