Making Moves is a South African youth talk show commissioned by SABC Education and hosted by Lindani Telela, which shares entrepreneurial information to assist young South Africans with the operation and establishment of their own businesses.
The series aired on SABC1 from 2 July to 24 December, 2007, on Mondays at 18h30. There are 26 half-hour episodes in the series.
Synopsis
The intention of Making Moves is to celebrate and profile successful entrepreneurs. Each week the show focuses on an entrepreneur, unpacking their initial and current motivations, their challenges and obstacles, and finally their victories.
The benefits from the lessons learnt are then shared with viewers.
The production aims to encourage dialogue between entrepreneurs, companies and government, hopefully to assist the growth of entrepreneurship in the country.
Questions are asked and answered, and business challenges, successes and barriers are explored and shared.
During the 26 episodes Making Moves shares information available to assist young South Africans with the operation and establishment of their own businesses.
