Bounce is a South African reality dance show produced by Connect TV in which participants are encouraged to express themselves by dancing in any form of dancing, from hip hop to pantsula to ballroom dancing, in a studio that has the look and feel of an authentic night club.

Season 2 premiered on Mzansi Magic and Mzansi Wethu on Friday 9 May 2014, at 18h00. New episodes broadcast weekly. There are 26 episodes in the second season.
Synopsis
Presented by Sthembiso "SK" Khoza, Bounce is a dance show giving South Africans a chance to express themselves in any form or style of dancing through this exciting medium.
The show takes place in a glitzy television studio "night club" setting.
The series is produced by Connect TV with executive producer Vuyelwa Booi. Noni Raphata and Melody Xaba are the producers and the scriptwriter is Biko Ngcobo.
