Isithembu Sika Msongelwa is a South African television comedy-drama television series centered around Msongelwa Khumalo, a businessman and traditionalist who enters into a polygamous marriage.
The series is set in KwaZulu-Natal and follows Msongelwa's life with his four wives, each from different backgrounds and with individual aspirations.
He's a polygamous taxi boss who reconnects with his high school sweetheart, Asanda Dlamini and the sparks fly instantly.
But wait! Msongelwa comes with 'baggage'... three wives to be exact.
What starts off as a sweet reunion turns into chaos when Asanda learns the truth and Msongelwa's tangled love life unfolds with jaw-dropping confessions.
Asanda challenges him to leave his polygamous marriages for real love, resulting in a dramatic series of events.
His wives are not giving up without a fight...
