About the Show

Omen is a South African supernatural drama series which follows a high flying lawyer who has his life turned upside down when he discovers that he comes from a long line of witches, whose men have ruled the supernatural world of the five tribes.

Will he answer his true calling?

What if a man who doesn't believe in witchcraft gets a calling not only to become a witch, but to lead an entire realm of them?

Witches were not always evil. They were created by the same God who created all that is good and just in this world.

In this story, witches were some of God's first creations. He imbued them with a deeper knowledge and supernatural powers. But with these special powers, came great responsibility.

The story explores this man's journey to his true inheritance.

Will he believe in time to save the world? Is any of it real?

The series stars Molobane Maja as Chigani, Lesley Musina as Mogale, Martha Mokhatshelwa as Mapula, Mamarumo Marokane as Boleta, John Morapama as Kgwara and Ayanda Bandla as Nokuthula.

Omen is an Mzansi Magic Production which was created by Kelton Sinyosi and Zelipa Zulu. It is produced by Magic Drum Films as an M-Net Original Production.

The executive producers are Zelipa Zulu, Kelton Sinyosi and Mpfariseni King Dave Mukwevho. The supervising producer is Phathushedzo Makwarela (who is also the producer).
