On the Fly is a South African travel series shot in one vehicle and driven by ad lib and on-the-fly banter between the two hosts, who visit bucket list destinations and do the things you have always wanted to do.
The presenters take the road less travelled and reveal undiscovered gems along the way, as the show balances random in-car conversations with informative adventure.
Dene Botha is the avid adventurer. From bungy-jumping to river rafting, MC'ing Rocking the Daisies and sky-diving (not to mention naked skydiving for charity), he is constantly in the ocean or climbing mountains.
Bridget Pike is the Fun Foodie. A Mozambican-born actress, comedienne, radio DJ and restaurant owner, she is also a culinary whiz.
Across the series, viewers will get to experience hot air balloon rides with breathtaking views, house boat rides, surfing, wildlife and even the odd attack from normally peaceful animals.
The journey starts in Johannesburg and ventures through all of South Africa, occasionally getting lost and ending up in Lesotho or Mozambique. This is a road trip not to be missed.
