Musiek Musiek is a South African, Afrikaans-language lifestyle magazine show produced by Media World that showcases the best music on the passionate Afrikaans music scene which covers everything do to with it, from cutting edge youth music to a Golden Oldies segment giving viewers some midweek nostalgia in the form of classic music videos.
It is the first original Afrikaans magazine show on the channel and is presented by Tina Meissenheimer and Eagan Williamson.
Tina chats with in-studio guests who share their knowledge of the music industry and the stories that led to their own success. Eagan gives us the hot gossip on what is happening in the Afrikaans music industry with the latest news, releases and live events featuring the biggest Afrikaans artists.
Everything that is hot in the Afrikaans music scene is featured and explored in Musiek Musiek. Viewers also get a sneak peek into how a music video is made and can enjoy interviews with the hottest artists on the scene.
Viewers can also get involved with the show through a competition in which they are enticed to post a video of themselves impersonating their favourite Afrikaans artist.
