Filmed in front of a live studio audience, viewers send in their questions about their dilemmas and each week 3 South African celebrities reveal more about themselves as they talk about what they think the solutions are.
They mull over the questions with the studio audience too and together they reach a consensus of solutions which viewers can then implement if they choose.
